Geoscientist: geology and numerical tools
I started my studies as I was seeking a deal between applicability and nature in my future career. Having always been in love with astronomy, physics, nature and hiking, I surely decided to study geology, being the ideal domain for what I was searching for.
I began with a general licence degree in Nantes (France) where I rapidly got caught by a deep passion for the understanding of what can be said from geological objects – from small to large scales.
After this first dive into geology, I decided to pursue my studies with a master degree in reservoir and exploration geology in Montpellier (France). Following my aim to link my passion to modern-day challenges, this master has fullfilled my envy of learning how to respond to industrial issues thanks to a focus on structural geology, geomechanics, and geophysics.
I completed my studies by learning how to use numerical tools in order to answer geomechanical and geodynamical questions, during two internships. Having the two hats of both a geologist and a numerician sounds much important to me, in order to provide the best answers and solutions to industrial challenges: numerical tools wonderfully allow to study structural geology and geomechanics, and fundamental geological knowledge is a must in order to provide the most realistic regard on what can numbers say.
I now pursue my path with the same aim in mind: to use both my geologist and numerician skills in order to provide the industry with answers and solutions. I have notably provided expertise for the ANDRA (radioactive waste storage) on fault stability evaluation, and for TotalEnergies on the matter of clayrock mechanics and permeability regarding CO2 storage.

My work philosophy
I have always been meticulous in my work, from its very essence to its results. I find it most important to catch the context of an object’s study as well as your expectations before working on the answers, in order to provide you and your company with the most adequate results.
Working with me will rhyme with confidence and discussion on your expectations, as well as with rigour from my side.
I put much attention in exchanges so you can follow up my work, and so that we can progressively discuss the way forward to the best results that can be produced. We could typically exchange on a regular basis and I may come to your office up to one week per month. In any other circumstance, I am reactive with online means of conversation.
Results will be provided to you in the form of a report including their origin, analysis, interpretation; along with any other form of deliverable you would like. I will provide you with support on further work relying on the matter.
